The photography studio

Ever wonder why Soak's products is look really neat and gave a crazy detail? well some of the products are taken here at this DIY photography studio located beside my bed~!

The DIY studio process started about 2 month ago with the low budget kinda ideas but with the very high expectation in a photography style and ideas here is what we came up with^!

1. A white bed sheet which i happened to found it in my Mom's wardrobe, got a bit of a stains on it but well what the hell right.

2. 2 brand new table lamps + 2 brand new super high watt white light bulbs. This cost be quite a bit but if you compare with those professional light set up then this save me a fortune!!.

3. A hanger for hanging a bed sheet.

4. A very poor table which is now happened to be cover with a bed sheet. Surprisingly but not the size of a bed sheet fit just right over the table.

5. Wah lahh! Soak's DIY photography studio is now done.

Simple as that isn't it? The studio might look really really small but never underestimate the outcome that Soak republic always wanted to bring it out to you guys ok....hahaha

Luvin it.....

60 EARTH HOUR

soak republic in the dark :)
beautiful in a different way. it is very unlikely to see our items displayed in the dark, with candles surrounded.

It was an awesome event @ Capsquare, would be better if they didn't run out of the earth hour t-shirts. Even though we didn't really understand why cheer leading, and why fire eating show, kudos to WWF.

The Workstation

Many people wonder about how Soak Republic's workstations like? well here is a photo of the forever-mess-unorganized table, not that i don't want to tidy, it's just that whenever i clean it within hours it will go back to the same old look. BUT i know where my things are~!

i do many things on this small little table :)
- lets starts from the front as u can see 2 organiser, one is to store charms, beads and finding the other one with a lot of little drawer is to store beads, clay flowers.
- there are a few green bowls on top of the oganiser, those are filled with difference sizes of faux pearls and fresh water pearls.
-the so-called marble piece on the table is where i made earrings for Simplicity.
a lot of random stuff:
- our new bendable necklace,
- leather strings for stainless steel pendent,
- some vintage inspired buttons waiting to be made into rings and ear studs.
- far end is where i took pictures for earrings - another version of hands of charms(accessories holder).

the shelve next to my table where i place all difference sizes of envelopes and pos ekspres envelopes, a big stack of poslaju forms n stickers... you must be amazed and start to wonder with that amount of envelopes i got i can open a stationary shop :P
